The Process

1) You provide us with your list of people you want to hire and provide us the details of each job.

2) We provide you with the applications and/or resumes' of the appropriate qualified persons for you to choose.

3) With your approval, we make an appointment with you to sign the appropriate documents and pick up whatever documents we need to submit.

4) We wait for the issuance of the approval.

5) We send a copy of the approval to the workers that you have pre-selected.

6) We assist them in completing the process with immigration.

7) Once they arrive we will assist them with settlement that includes finding accommodations nearby (so transportation is not an issue), S.I.N. and banking.

8) We introduce them to you.

9) For our quality control, we do our "performance check up" 10 days and 30 days later to get feedback on the workers.

10) We continue to act as a liaison between the workers and you as the employer to facilitate a dynamic working relationship.
