The Canadian Job Market
It is getting tougher for employers to find workers in many industry sectors and especially in a few geographical regions like Alberta. The Alberta government estimates that there will be a shortfall of 100,000 workers in the province alone!
One example: According to the Greater Toronto Home Builders Association, the reports are that 25% of the skilled trades people will retire over the next 5 years.
Less Canadians are entering certain industry sectors such as the "trades."
It is estimated that 80% of the workers in the hospitality industry are immigrants.
Certain sectors of the Canadian economy such as the oil & gas industry are booming. The demand for workers in these sectors has dramatically outweighed the supply.

- Government has to respond to the needs of Canadian companies. That's why we pay a lot of taxes!
- The present immigration system is biased against sectors such as the hospitality industry and trades people from seeking permanent residence in Canada, therefore, a system has been put into place allowing non-Canadians to gain a Work Permit in Canada.

We have established the human resource network of thousands of skilled and experienced workers to suit almost every business, factory, hotel, manufacturing plant, construction company and so forth.
The standard of our selection process sets our workers "above the crowd". Each candidate is assessed individually by our staff and affiliates. They must demonstrate that they have the experience, the education, the work ethics and the ability to communicate fluently in English (speaking, reading, writing, listening).
